What is ESS?
ESS Stands for Employee Self ServiceAl Dhafra Co-operative Society provides quick and easy interface for their employees to avail all the facilities online using this application.
ESS will remove all manual process and make it easy and quicker, moverover any employee will have access to his information anytime using his PC or mobile from anywhere.
Using this application all employees can interact with their Managers and or subordinates.

E Permission
Youo can make request for personal or Business EPermission (Short Leave) easily.
Transport Request
If you require vehicle for official trip, you can request via ESS and also return easily.
Leave Request
Make leave requests of different types (Annual, Sick, Materanity and Compassinate etc) easily
Documents Download
Download Salary certificate or Employee certificate any time from any where.
Documents
Employee can upload his Passport, Emirates ID, and other cards. a notification will be sent to him and HR before expiry.
Bank Details
Employee can make a request to change his bank details. after approval his new bank account will get salary.
Flexbox
MDB fully supports Flex Box. You can forget about alignment issues.
Duty Resumption
Employee can make request to resume duty through ESS.
